The Joshua Navy JROTC drill teams competed in the Area 19 NJROTC Drill Championship on February 14 and 15 at Naval Air Station Fort Worth, taking a pair of top three trophies!

After an excellent display, the Armed Regulation unit earned second place, and the Unarmed Exhibition cadets won third place.

The contest featured the top eight teams from Area 19, which includes squads from Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado. The teams competed in a personnel inspection, an academic test, a physical fitness test, drill routines and a color guard competition.
